Which level do I need?

Level 1 if you handle only FCI. Level 2 if you handle Controlled Unclassified Information or your contracts include DFARS 252.204-7012. Not sure? The getting started guide explains how to tell.

Is it priced per user?

No. One price covers your whole company, with as many people as you need.

What happens when my trial ends?

Choose a plan to keep working. Nothing you entered is deleted, and you can still export all of it.

Can I move from Level 1 to Level 2 later?

Yes. Your answers and records carry over, so the work you've done for Level 1 counts toward Level 2.

Does Sentry171 certify me?

No. It guides your self-assessment and keeps the records behind it. You enter your score and affirmation in SPRS yourself, and a Level 2 certification assessment is done by an authorized C3PAO.

Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes, for annual plans. Email support@sentry171.com with your company name and the level you need. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax may apply.
